You must be at least 18 years of age to use PinaParadise. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your account works across all PinaParadise platforms — web, iOS, and Android — using the same credentials. You agree to:
PinaParadise is currently in a beta period. During this period, you acknowledge and agree that:
The beta period does not affect your data rights as described in our Privacy Policy. Your account, profile, and data are treated with the same care and protection as in a full release.

Violations of these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform at our sole discretion.
The Vibe Check is a compatibility feature that uses statements you respond to. You understand that:
You retain ownership of the content you create on PinaParadise (photos, text, Vibe Check statements). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting PinaParadise.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content.
We take safety seriously. If you encounter behaviour that violates these terms or makes you feel unsafe, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting system or email abuse@pinaparadise.app. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
While we work to maintain a safe environment, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users. Always exercise caution when communicating with and meeting people online. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and informing someone you trust of your plans.
PinaParadise may offer identity verification features. By completing verification, you agree to:
Verification indicates that a user has completed our verification process. It does not constitute a background check, endorsement, or guarantee of identity.
PinaParadise offers premium subscription features. Premium access can be purchased through:
Premium access purchased on any platform carries across all platforms. For example, a subscription purchased via iOS grants premium access on the web and Android as well.
We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes until their next renewal period.
During the beta period, PinaParadise may offer limited Founding Membership packages. If you purchase a Founding Membership:
Refund policy for Founding Memberships: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used premium features during that period. After 14 days, or after using premium features, Founding Memberships are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@pinaparadise.app.
If PinaParadise ceases to operate, Founding Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on timed Founding Memberships (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) after the 14-day refund window has passed.
The PinaParadise web application at pinaparadise.app provides access to the same core features as the mobile applications. By using the web platform, you additionally agree that:
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@pinaparadise.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in behaviour that harms other users, or for any reason at our sole discretion with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded upon termination for cause. Sections relating to content licences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
PinaParadise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches will result in meaningful connections.
We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinaParadise and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PinaParadise, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another user.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app, on our website, or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
